The Youth Ministry of Victorian Hills Community Church

We want all of our youth to know Jesus Christ and to find their ultimate joy and satisfaction in Him. We have designed our youth ministry to deepen understanding of the greatness of our God, and to give encouragement in the pursuit of godliness. Services

We offer Sunday School classes for all ages at 10 am on Sunday. We offer Children's Church during the preaching hour of the worship service at approximately 11:30 am on Sunday. This is for ages 12 and under. We also offer nursery services on Sundays. 

Incentives for our youth

We encourage our youth in attendance, bringing their Bibles to service, participating in the service, i.e... coin march, choir, etc, bible memorization, attending Children's church, the teens for attending preaching - sitting on the front pew - taking notes, willingly helping those in need, and offering service where needed. We incentivize this by a program called "Bible Bucks". This program helps them to be encouraged to do the items above and to be leaders for others around them. 

Activities throughout the year

We have many activities throughout the year to keep our youth involved. We do activities such as: Lock-in's, fundraisers, celebrations, vacation bible school, drama's and music, service projects in our community, youth Sundays, and much more. 

Curriculum

Our children's church is based on a specific Pastor approved, curriculum that all volunteers follow throughout the year. 

Volunteers

All volunteers that work with our youth are members of our church and therefore subscribe to our statement of faith. All volunteers are required to have yearly back ground checks. 

Security

We do provide security to all youth class areas during services.
